i'm not really sure what's going on in my life at the moment. it's not eventful at all, just days spent watching tv, sleeping, eating and thinking..i'm so glad uni will start soon, then at least i'll have something to do, even if it's going to class. i've been having weird dreams lately..one where i was swimming down the river Seine in Paris and there was the bunny from Alice in Wonderland and it said to me "Keep on going! Keep on going!"..what the hell? haha i think i might be going insane..oh yeah there was another weird dream. i was on a road trip with 3 friends and all of a sudden we realized we were driving on a gigantic pizza! haha so we get out of the car, and try to walk off it but it's too big. haha and we kept on tripping over pineapple and onion and pepperoni pieces!! yeah..no comments! i'm not sure these dreams mean sth, even if they do..they're probably just trying to tell me that i'm nuts!

and seriously, what's up with guys? most of the ones i meet are either extremely horny and worse, are not even afraid to show it!! and/or they're just plain weird..then there are the guys who are nice, cute and i can have fun with but i wouldn't date them..and then there are those that are nice, cute, i can have fun with them AND i would date them..but of course these guys have absolutely no clue on how to take hints/ask a girl out..aiya!! then, once they have actually gotten the hint, they turn out to be jerks after a couple of weeks. They should walk around with a huge L on their forehead so girls can make a big u-turn around them and avoid getting hurt. well..at least this is what i think now, once Mr Right comes along, it'll be a whole different story. but where do i even start looking? is it possible that he's right in front of me and i just dont know it? knowing how dumb, blurred and blind i can be sometimes, this probably is the case.

Malacca

i'm feeling so sleepy but i just have to write about my trip to malacca with Jureen..we left yesterday afternoon after an architecture class at Lim Kok Wing (soooo boring!!) and Sunil & MJ picked us up at the highway exit to malacca..we dropped off our stuff at Sunil's place, then went to town, had some ice kacang (not me, i HATE ice kacang!) and walked around in the unbearable heat..afterwards we went back and slept until dinner time..we decided to head to the pasar malam nearby and bought more food than i normally eat all week! haha anyways, after stuffing our bellies full with satay, penang laksa, nasi lemak etc etc we hung out at home till we fell asleep. this morning Sunil woke up early coz he had to go to the academy for a flying session (way cool!) while the rest of us stayed at home..after he came back a few hours later, we hung out until noon, and then went out for lunch, we had chicken rice balls..haha it was delicioso! =) then we packed up our stuff and headed back to KL..yep that was basically it, but it was fun! nice to get out of town for a while and see small-town malaysia..hehe and yes Dave i know you were born there..haha be proud! haha

Change of Plans..

today was a very eventful day. i had the biggest shock ever when the vet called and said that susu was still alive! they decided to do the surgery on her, and she survived..i was so speechless! i had already come to terms with the fact that she's dead..and now he tells me she's alive? i went there with my mom to pick her up.. but boy is she suffering! all bandaged up, and she has this thingy around her neck that doesnt allow her to scratch herself..aiya..poor thing! plus she's not allowed to walk around freely for 2 weeks until the wounds heal! i'm so sad seeing her like this..

in the afternoon i went to sunway college with my dad to get more infos about their american degree program..because taylors was giving us a hard time saying that the german o-levels isn't equivalent to the british one...pls la! they were even comparing germany with mongolia! haha so stupid! obviously the german o-levels is equivalent to the british o-levels..my dad got fed up with them and decided to look at sunway again..so we did, and surprise surprise they had no problems at all with any of the german o-level results..haha so in the end i decided to go back to sunway. the intake is on june 6th, so that means i have 1 more month off..hehe that's great news! i'm so glad this whole confusion is over and i'm happy to be going back to sunway...i like the campus and the ppl there.

Girls Day Out

Today was really fun! I spent the day at Midvalley with Shobz, Azy, Harshini, Noura and Jureen..we watched failure to launch (nice chick flick!! Matthew McConaughey has such a sexy accent!!) and then (over)ate at Chili's.. after that we did what girls do best: Shopping! It was nice to see all of them again, it's been a long time since we all last hung out together..and we were just as loud as we used to be in college..which is good, i guess =) with everyone studying in different places it isn't easy to get together but i hope we'll do it more often from now on, it's really fun! for once there were no guys around, although we all miss Dave..i'm sure he wouldn't mind hanging out with 6 girls like he used to in college! haha and oh guess what i'm even more jealous now coz i just remembered that my brother will be watching a german football league match today! Argh!!

I Can't Think Of A Title!

I'm so jealous! My brother's going to Berlin for a week, on a schooltrip. how f****** cool is that? Damn we never did things like that when i was still in school! Funny thing is..i was more excited about him going, then the man himself..haha he so doesn't deserve it!

**In other news, today was my last day teaching at the German School, i had lots of fun there these past two months, and i really do wanna become a teacher in the future, or at least do a minor in education in uni..hmm..we'll see how that goes. My last week of freedom officially begins on monday, and after that college starts. Kinda looking forward to it though, 6 months without college or school is enough. haha for now at least...once the assignments and assessments roll in, it'll be a different story!

What's so special about the 01-02-03-04-05-06 moment? as far as i'm concerned, it's just one second that happens once in a lifetime..but yet everybody was talking about it, and planning to do sth special..haha i bet most of them forgot to wake up for it..i mean, who would wake up for 1 (!!!) second? haha well, i did.. just for the fun of it..well actually i was in bed reading when all of a sudden i realized it was 1 am..and then i had 2 minutes and 3 seconds left to do sth special..haha YEAH RIGHT!! i went downstairs, made myself a glass of orange juice with malibu rum and sat down on the floor in the living room and listened to the gipsy kings. nothing "special" but it was nice..peaceful and relaxing. i mostly thought of susu, and how she would've already come running, rubbing herself on my legs if she were still alive. i miss her.

Bad Day

This morning i was back to teaching different classes at school which is always fun, came home after lunch and then i got bad news that my cat susu had a hernia and we had to take her to the vet... once there, they took an x-ray and said that it was life threatening, nothing much can be done because she's very old and it'll be complicated to do surgery..so after much thinking and crying, we decided to put her to sleep..simply because she would suffer otherwise. It's not a situation that gets better with time, it gets worse..and she'll be in more pain everyday. it was so difficult to say goodbye to her because she's been with me for more than 10 years..kinda like my best friend. my other cat, freddie, died in february after suffering from leukemia..and this makes it so much harder for me..because all of a sudden out of the blue, i lost both of them. And right before they took her away she gave me the saddest look, i broke down crying again.. sigh..
i'm really gonna miss freddie and susu. it feels so empty at home, nobody to cuddle with while watching tv, and they won't sleep under my bed when i'm sick or wait at the door when i get back from a trip overseas.. anyways i hope they're doing better now, where ever they may be.

i've finally decided to start a new blog..had lots of fun blogging last year, but stopped all of a sudden coz of exams..actually promised myself to restart after exams and before you know it 2005 was over and now it's already may 2006!! Gosh..what have i done with the first 4 months of the year? absolutely nothing! haha well not nothing actually, went to Bali with Dave, which was a lot of fun..can't remember exactly what happened but it had something to do with money..err actually lack of it..haha remember rolling around the bed laughing so hard coz we realized we didn't have enough money to survive the rest of the trip hahaha..but thanks to a generous DVD guy who gave us 200.000Rp we managed to survive and come back home safely..haha thanks man! by the way we didn't have enough money coz we constantly got ripped off by ppl wanting to sell us stuff..haha like that woman on the beach who wanted to sell us all her necklaces for 50.000Rp or sth..hilarious! after that i spent another week in indo but this time Jakarta and Bandung, was fun and got to meet my cousins and Daniel and Maurice (who i know since our running-around-the-garden-naked days..) haha you get the idea.. it's been a few years since i last saw them and it was nice catching up. besides that nothing much happened, decided to join ADP at Taylor's soon and can't wait to start actually, life without college can be a real bore at times..but i love sleeping till 11 in the mornings..will certainly miss that once classes start.

well this is all for now i guess, will try to blog regularly from now on..about everyday happenings in my life, some thoughts and feelings, and the occasional gossip hehe.. i love posting pics. remember my last blog was quite colorful.
